My long time Insurance agent retired more than a year ago with no notice. My business was transferred to an agency out of town. I had major difficulty contacting them for changes when needed. Finally, after multiple failed communications, I decided to make a switch - but to whom? Having been on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Dental Association Insurance Programs, and having been part of the Professional Insurance Programs origination, I called P.I.P. for advice on a new agent. A wonderful person, Bobbie Kuether took my call and stated she could help me with my upcoming renewal and changes I needed to make to my "Home and Highway" policy. I really was looking for advice and I received so much more. A licensed agent taking her own phone calls and re-assuring me my insurance business would be and could be handled professionally and promptly. Every step of the way - and there many questions from me to be sure - Bobbie handled it all. I am so glad I re-connected with P.I.P. after all these years, and more than pleased that I found an agent willing, able and wanting to help me.
