The State Bar of Wisconsin Group Health Plan for Law Firms provides an alternative health insurance option for qualifying law firms looking to offer competitive benefits to their employees.

Unlike many traditional Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans, the State Bar Group Health Plan is underwritten outside of community rating. This allows participating firms to be evaluated based on their own group characteristics rather than being grouped into a larger community-rated pool.
